Install Windows 2003 Small Business Server on Hyper-V

I tried to install Windows 2003 Small Business Server on Hyper-V and I got into a visious circle.

I can't complete the installation because there is no network adapter available. To install the network adapter I need to install the Integration Services and thus SP2, but to install SP2 I need a network adapter!?!

Solved it (march 26,2010):
Installed a virtual nic (dummy nic): http://www.ntkernel.com/w&p.php?id=32
Downloaded the driver and put it in an ISO file (together with SP1 and SP2) so I could mount it to the Windows 2003 Small Business Server and install it.
